About Downtown Cannabis Co.

SODO Seattle indoor since 2014. Hand-trimmed, glass-cured.

Downtown Cannabis Company was established in 2014. The facility is a Tier 2 indoor grow in Seattle’s SODO district, and the team has been refining the same playbook since.

The flower side is the catalog’s focal point. The team hand-waters every plant rather than running a fertigation manifold, hand-trims every harvest, and cures the finished flower in sealed glass jars instead of bulk totes — the slower, more labor-intensive path that prioritizes terpene retention over throughput. Small-batch is the operating model, and the brand markets the consistency that comes from running the same in-house genetics through the same rooms drop after drop. Pre-rolls and strain-specific vape cartridges come off the same in-house material and meet Washington Department of Health compliance standards.

Distribution reaches into Evergreen Market, Zips Cannabis, Bloom Cannabis, Herbs House, and a long list of other WA retailers. Customers who reach for Downtown Cannabis Company tend to be flower-first shoppers who care about cure method and trim style, and operators looking for a brand whose production process is documented end-to-end from clone to jar.
