House of Cultivar
Where age-old wisdom meets science. House of Cultivar is a tier-three producer-processor in Seattle and one of the city's largest, growing in a 40,000-square-foot facility. They're known for high-quality flower, pre-rolls, and concentrates, and have taken home numerous Dope Cup awards including best indoor grow.
They grow the right way — no pesticides, watered and trimmed by hand, slowly cured to perfection — and pair it with a real focus on sustainability, working with the City of Seattle to cut their electrical load 46 percent off baseline.
What really sets them apart is the genetics. They keep a library of over 350 unique live strains, most sourced directly from the original breeder, with gems across OGs, Cookies, Diesels, Chems, Lemons, and Sherbets — and a deep archive of the Chem Dog family (Chem D, Chem 91, Guava, Snowdog, and more). Alongside traditional cloning they run a sterile tissue-culture lab to preserve and propagate that collection. At harvest, plants are flushed for 10–12 days, dried with the leaves on to protect the trichomes, and every cola is hand-trimmed with scissors before a two-week-plus cure.
Craft quality at real scale — we're proud to have them on our shelves.
