Chemdawg

Same strain, two spellings. 'Chemdog' is the older spelling tied to the breeder; 'Chemdawg' is what most WA shelves carry today.

It's a parent to OG Kush, Sour Diesel, Stardawg, and many more. Most modern diesel-aroma strains trace back to Chemdawg somewhere in the lineage.

Chemdawg is a hybrid — a cross that pulls from both sides of the family tree. The lineage is Nepalese × Thai (debated). The balance leans on phenotype and the day-of harvest.

Chemdawg hits diesel up front, earthy through the middle, and pine on the exhale. The smell out of the jar reads the same way — distinctive once you've had it once or twice.

Chemdawg tests in the 18–25% THC range, which puts it on the higher end of the shelf. Customers with a built tolerance handle it fine; lower-tolerance customers should go a half-dose or less the first time.

Chemdawg reads as a late-afternoon or evening strain — balanced enough that customers commonly reach for it after work, social settings, or a quiet night in.
